Sound explorer Deb Stevens, D.AC., has been exploring fundamental vibrational interrelationships between cells of our body, our mind, nature, and the Gong.After a brief introduction to vibration, over tones, universal sound, and common frequencies we share with everything, we'll settle into our breath, the natural peace and ease of our mind, and the Gong.
Participants must lie down for this experience. Please bring a yoga mat to lie down on or a zero-gravity chair-type lounge chair.
