Relax to the therapeutic sounds & healing vibrations of the gong. Each month we delve into vibrational healing of a Chakra through deep meditation held by the waves of the corresponding Gong.
This months Gong resonates to Vishuddha- our throat charka. This chakra is the centre of communication, our voice in this world.
The Symphonic Gong: The Tai Loi is a traditional Chinese Ideogram that has been put on gongs for many years. meaning "Happiness has arrived".
Join us for a whole hour of pure vibrational comfort. No need to bring anything other than yourself. Mats, blankets, pillows provided.
