There will be a light Asian-inspired meal followed by the Gong bath. While cuddled in a comfy recliner, you will be bathed in sound waves and vibrations produced by a variety of gongs and other instruments. Gongs have a unique way of uplifting spirits, releasing tension, inducing deep relaxation and sparking creativity.
Foods to be served: Soup, a rice and vegetable dish, egg rolls, chicken and tea.
You are encouraged to bring a blanket for your comfort.
