Sound “baths” are a therapeutic practice in which participants are “bathed” in sound vibration produced by gongs and other instruments. These sound waves induce relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing.
Sound frequency stimulates the vagus nerve which plays a roll in the body’s relaxation response, slowing heart rate and promoting a sense of calm.
Bring anything to make you feel comfortable.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided.
