Gong Bath: Deep Release, Resonance & Awareness

Join us for a transformative Gong Bath session designed to help you relax, release, and reconnect with your inner calm.

The session takes place in a candlelit studio, creating a warm, inviting space to help you ease into deep relaxation. You’ll spend 45–60 minutes in stillness, lying down, fully immersed in the sound and vibrations of a variety of instruments, including:

• 2 Gongs (30" Earth Gong + 36" Paiste Symphonic Gong)
• Himalayan Singing Bowls
• Shamanic Drum
• Ocean Drum
• Thunder Drum
• Chime Bells
  …and many more percussive instruments, all designed to guide you on a deep inner journey and facilitate experiences of altered states of consciousness (ASC).

What to bring:

• Comfortable, warm clothing
• Your own yoga mat and blanket (a few mats and blankets are available in the studio if you forget or can’t bring your own, on a first-come, first-served basis)
• A pillow, if desired, for extra comfort while lying down

Space etiquette:

• The studio is a non-speaking space. During sign-in, participants can ask any questions, which will be answered by a team member. Once inside the studio, participants are invited to lay down or sit quietly on their mat and enter a personal inner journey — relaxing, tuning down, letting the day dissolve, and beginning the healing process.
• If anything comes up during the session, participants may quietly refer to me or let me know, but please keep your voice low so as not to disturb others.
• Please turn off your phones before entering to maintain a quiet, undisturbed environment.
• Allow in any sounds from the surroundings during the Gong Bath. For example, if a fellow participant snores or makes other sounds, consider them part of the immersive experience and let them flow with the vibrations of the session.

Incense: Light incense may be used to engage your senses and enhance the experience. If you would prefer not to have incense, please let me know in advance so accommodations can be made.

This session is designed to help you connect deeply with your inner peace, sense of calm, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a regular practitioner, this is a unique opportunity to reset your mind, body, and spirit.

Info: Juan Sánchez Plaza is a Spanish-born, London-based movement artist, dancer, and sound practitioner passionate about creating spaces for stillness, reflection, and collective wellbeing. Trained in contemporary dance at SEAD (Austria), he has performed internationally with renowned companies including Agudo Dance Company, Tom Dale, and Richard Chappell Dance.

A certified yoga teacher (Rishikesh, India, 2017) and Sound & Gong Therapy practitioner (British Academy of Sound Therapy, Vikrampal, and Hawkwood), Juan combines movement, meditation, and sound to facilitate immersive experiences that help reconnect body, mind, and spirit.

Through his Gong Bath sessions, Juan invites participants to slow down, breathe deeply, and journey inward — finding harmony in sound, silence, and vibration.
