For your maximum comfort create your own ‘nest to rest’

• Bring a yoga mat and PLENTY of padding (floors feel very hard after awhile)
• Small pillow for your head to rest
• A cozy blanket to snuggle in
• Optional: a rolled towel or bolster for under your knees
• Optional: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something cozy & comfortable

• Doors open for check-in about 20 minutes before event
