Doors open 30 minutes before event.
For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat, plenty of padding, a blanket and a small pillow to create your cozy nest to rest.
Option to bring a bolster/rolled mat for under your knees &/or an eye pillow or scarf for over your eyes. Both aide in deeper relaxation. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome.
