We'll kick things off with classic old school Drum & Bass and Jungle, bringing the energy, freedom and feel-good atmosphere that made the rave scene so iconic. There's no choreography, no judgement and no pressure. Just great music, big basslines and the chance to move, let go and enjoy yourself.
Then, as the final beat fades, the energy shifts.
Lie back, get comfortable and allow the powerful vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you.
