Simple rules for submission
Children U8 ~ "Grab The Tag". No time limit. Best of 3
Children U12 ~ Pins/hold downs/arm locks only for 10 seconds or tap out wins.x3 bouts of 2 minutes
Best of 3
U16's ~ Pins/hold downs/arm locks for 15 seconds or tap out wins. x3 bouts of 2 minutes
Best of 3
16 + ~ Submission holds pins,locks and naked chokes and using opponents t shirt both acceptable. 20 seconds or Tap out wins. x3 bouts of 3 minutes
Best of 3
If an entrant taps and the opposition continues without letting up results in immediate disqualification for the foul.
