Overview
Get ready for a total GONA Training of Facilitators experience! Online, live seminar, face-to-face training, and follow-up mentorship.
This immersive training experience will enhance your facilitation skills and help you become an effective change agent for your community or organization. This package will consist of three different portions, complete with self-paced online learning modules, a live online session, and 3.5 days of in-person training.
Please note: The May 18-21(concurrent) dates are exclusively for the in-person training. The training days are designed to be concurrent and each day will build off each other, as a result you are required to attend all onsite days of the training. By signing up, you'll gain access to all components of the training package as described below.
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Trainees who complete the program gain access to digital and printed resources, including handouts, templates, PowerPoint presentations, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to participate in learning communities.
#1 — Gain access to Online Self-Paced Learning Modules, which will be available in early April. These modules are designed to be completed at your own pace, offering guided instruction to prepare you for the in-person training. It’s important to note that completing these modules is required before attending the face-to-face training.
#2 — Mark your calendar for the Live Online Session scheduled for May 11, 2026. This session will run from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. (EST) and will provide valuable insights and interactive discussions. Stay tuned for the link to join the online event, which will be shared soon. Additionally, the session will be recorded and made available for download.
#3 — Immerse yourself in the Face-to-Face training taking place from May 18 to May 21, 2026. Held at Urban Rez Courts, 8416 Old M-78, Haslett, MI 48840, this training will offer hands-on learning and collaborative experiences to enhance your skills and knowledge further. Stay tuned for the timeframes.
PACKAGE DETAILS:
Option 1: Foundational Knowledge (Online Only)
Price: $300 per person (credit towards future TOF training for 2 years)
- The Goal: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the GONA history and the four developmental phases (Belonging, Mastery, Interdependence, Generosity).
- Includes: * Full access to 6 self-paced digital modules.
- Note: This option is for personal/professional development and does not include facilitator certification or access to the Learning Community.
Option 2: The Facilitator Path (Full TOF Certification)
Price: $1,300 per person Group Rate: $1,100 for additional person from the same organization.
- The Goal: To become a certified GONA facilitator equipped to co-lead gatherings in your own community.
- The Full Experience Includes:
- Phase 1: All 6 Online Self-Paced Modules.
- Phase 2: The Interactive Live Seminar (Virtual Bridge).
- Phase 3: 3.5 Days of Onsite Immersion & Practicum & digital GONA tool kit
- Phase 4: Ongoing access to the GONA TOF Learning Community (resource library, peer networking, and ongoing mentorship).
- Certification: Full Facilitator Certificate upon completion of all pillars.
