The Golden Providers Certification program is a full-day intensive training course, designed to equip those who are serious about their calling to serve Seniors, with the tools needed to reach the highest levels of Senior Customer Service and Expertise.

To become Golden Providers Certified, each application must:

(1) Complete the full-day Golden Providers Certification Course (including payment of applicable fee)

(2) Complete and sign the Golden Providers Attestation of Good Moral Character form modeled from the Florida “Attestation of Good Moral Character.”

$150.00 Application Fee (covers cost of Course, Course Materials, Graduation Certificate, Golden Providers Lapel Pin)

– Fee includes Golden Providers Certification Fee for 2 years (24 months) from date of Course Completion

– Golden Providers Certification Renewal requires 1/2 day Training Course and $75.00 Course/Renewal Fee
