A residential retreat at Sambogaya, Glastonbury with Francis EliotReclaiming healthy masculinity through 5Rhythms Dance, Creative Process & Ritual. An inspirational retreat for men who wish to dance, heal & reclaim their innocence and vitality. The process will include cultivating honesty, healing our shame, honouring our essence, learning to walk our talk, and rediscovering our embodied sense that the world is a safe space in which we are meant to thrive. Includes delicious food, walking in nature & submerging in the White Spring as part of our rebirth.
Francis has been teaching 5Rhythms since completing his training with Gabrielle Roth in 2005. He initiated into the Mankind Project in the same year and has worked extensively with them. He has led men’s groups & is deeply passionate about using movement to heal the personal & ancestral shame that men often hold. In June 2023 he underwent a Bwiti initiation in Gabon which deepened his capacity to work effectively in the realms of the shadow.
