Golden Interlude: A Monthly Sound Mediation

There is a particular quality to the light at the end of a sound meditation. Soft. Warm. As if something inside you has been quietly restored.
Golden Interlude is a monthly two-hour gathering built around that feeling. A beautiful evening of immersive sound meditation using crystal bowls, gongs, and carefully chosen instruments, followed by light nourishment, gentle conversation, and unhurried community connection as you slowly return to yourself.
No experience necessary. No agenda. Just sound, stillness, and the rare gift of being completely present.
*This will be a great way to wind-down after Fog Fest! Would love to have some Pacifica neighbors join :)
WHAT TO EXPECT
— Live sound meditation

— No experience needed, come as you are
WHAT TO BRING
— A yoga mat or sleeping pad
— A blanket
— A pillow or cushion if you'd like extra comfort
— A water bottle
— An open heart & mind
We will be lying on the ground for the sound meditation for approximately one hour, please bring anything that helps you feel fully at ease. The more comfortable you are the deeper you can go. The second half is time for light nourishment, gentle conversation, and community connection as you slowly return to yourself.

*This month is at a private residence overlooking the San Pedro Mountains in Pacifica, CA. You will receive a specific address and directions once your ticket is purchased.
