As the sun begins its descent, you'll be guided through a gentle sound healing journey designed to help quiet the mind, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments, we'll create an immersive soundscape that invites the body into a deeply restorative state of rest.
I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner through the internationally recognized Sound Healing Academy and have completed advanced practitioner training in therapeutic sound. With over a decade of experience in the wellness field, my sessions blend ancient wisdom with modern sound therapy practices to create a safe, grounding, and meaningful experience for all.
🌿 What to Bring:
• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Water to stay hydrated
• A pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable (optional)
✨ What to Expect:
• A welcoming grounding meditation
• Breathwork to settle the nervous system
• An immersive therapeutic sound journey
• Time for stillness, reflection, and gentle integration
• A peaceful community atmosphere where all experience levels are welcome
We'll conclude just as the sun slips below the horizon, allowing you to soak in one of Southwest Florida's beautiful sunsets before heading home feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected. It's the perfect opportunity to release what no longer serves you and carry that peaceful energy into the rest of your evening.
