As the weekend comes to a close, join us on the sand for a 70-minute sound bath set to the rhythm of the ocean waves and the glow of golden hour.

The sky softens, the sun slips below the horizon, and the sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and drums wash over you — calming your nervous system, quieting your mind, and realigning your energy for the week ahead.

This is your invitation to pause before the busyness of Monday, to breathe deeper, and to let the ocean carry away what you no longer need.
