We will be providing a yoga mat for you to relax on, but recommend you bring any of the following items to help you fully emerse yourself into the experience:
A blanket for warmth and comfort
A small pillow or cushion for your head or under your knees
Comfortable clothing so you can relax easily
Optional: an eye mask if you like deeper relaxation.
