Golden Gloves Kickboxing Circuit training is the class that will give you all the benefits of a professional athlete without the worry of injury from combat. You will learn actual martial arts techniques from an offensive and defensive standpoint, along with the training techniques that the masters of yesterday and the professional athletes of today use to improve their strength, speed, focus, and balance. It includes calisthenics, proper weight and resistance training, heavy bag work, and pat drill. This is a class where you will scope your body and sharpen your mind to your liking.
