This flat, brisk paced wellness walk is 4.5 miles. We'll head past Matalan, Tesco's and Beechwood Business Park on this circular walk taking us round the side of Life Scan, over the Golden Bridge, round the back of the Snow Goose, skirting round the campus to Cradlehall Business Park, before returning through the campus and back over the Golden Bridge. Mostly flat with good paths to allow a slightly faster pace. One to get the legs moving and the heart pumping with great company and a cuppa to finish up.
