Gold Leaf Minis Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how to use gold leaf. We will discuss materials and techniques in order to embellish your own projects with gold leaf. Come acquire the skills to create beautiful abstract flowers on 4” x 4” mini canvas for the first half of the class. For the second half of class, we will focus on gold leaf techniques to create gorgeous eye-popping designs. You’re also welcome to bring one of your own mini projects to embellish.

Rachael Sharpe is a local full-time artist in Jacksonville. She is entirely self taught and has a passion for female portraits, florals and gold leaf embellishment. You can find her Saturdays at the riverside arts market.
