This year's Gold Hammer Awards Ceremony is presented by Alyeska Title. AHBA will gather to honor Anchorage's best builders! This year's event is October 8 at The Megan Room at 6PM. Buffet dinner will be catered by An Appetizing Affair, sponsored by Rain Proof Roofing and drink tickets will be provided courtesy of Denali Federal Credit Union (now part of NuVision Federal Credit Union). Cocktail attire requested.All finished homes are placed into price categories and then judged by a group of highly qualified industry professionals. Each category consists of the following awards and will be presented that evening: Best Design, Best Exterior, Best Master Bath, Best Kitchen, Best Workmanship and the coveted Gold Hammer Award. Followed by the Residential Mortgage People's Picks Awards, which includes Favorite Builder, Favorite Neighborhood and Favorite Home. These awards are chosen by our community!
