This year's conference theme, "Going the Extra Mile," celebrates the dedication, professionalism and commitment Surgical Assistants bring to every patient, every procedure and every member of the surgical team.

Whether you are an experienced Surgical Assistant or new to the profession, this conference offers valuable clinical insights, practical learning and opportunities to connect with colleagues from around the country.

Breakout Sessions

The conference will feature a combination of plenary presentations during the morning, followed by interactive breakout sessions in the afternoon, allowing delegates to tailor part of their educational experience.

Please note: breakout session selections will be allocated closer to the conference once the final program has been confirmed.

Breakout allocations will be made on a first registered, first allocated basis, so we encourage delegates to register early to maximise their opportunity to attend their preferred sessions.

Annual General Meeting

The Conference concludes with the MSASA Annual General Meeting, where members will receive updates on the Society's activities, achievements and future direction.
