Join us for a transformative workshop to get out of anxiety, and into breath and body, focusing on yoga as a somatic experience. In this session, we’ll explore the traditional breath (ujjayi) of the Ashtanga practice, and cultivate mindful embodiment to reconnect with the power of our energetic essence. Working with the breath and bandhas, enhance body awareness, and experience how these elements work together to create an energizing meditative experience, while reducing tension and anxiety.
This workshop will infuse your practice with inspiration and deeper connection, while also soothing the nervous system, bringing a sense of grounding and presence.
Suitable for all levels, it’s an invitation to unlock a deeper, more embodied and intuitive practice.
