Every Saturday, tea 11am, meditation and teaching 11.30am – 1pm.
If you're new to meditation, why not try our Learn to Meditate drop-in class for beginners? It happens every Saturday at 10–11am, immediately before this Going Deeper session.
All our classes are offered on a donation basis, drawing upon the Buddhist practice of dana – generosity. Please give what you can to support us to share the Buddha’s teachings more widely.
