Urban Retreat Taught by Joseph Bailey
An Exploration into Soul, Meaning, and the Spiritual Path
Are you curious about your current life purpose? Are you at a crossroad or feeling stuck? Have you asked yourself, what is the relationship between spiritual practice, soul’s calling, and everyday life? Over three days we will spend time exploring the questions above through meditation, movement, mindful conversation, metacognitive activities, and creativity. During this retreat, you will explore the interstitial spaces between spirit, soul, ego, relationships, and body. We will also spend time in quiet practices that have been refined over centuries to explore the world where the personal, collective, and transcendental "interbe."
