GOHS 2026 Hops for History!
Come join us for a night of fun and fundraising! Our annual event, Hops for History, is back again this summer!
We are excited to present this popular event in cooperation with Northern Eagle Beverages Inc. featuring Cooperstown Brewing Co. and Northway Brewing Co. and six of your favorite downtown bars and restaurants.
The day begins at 2pm at the History Center with wristband pick-up and a beer sampling preview (between 2pm – 4pm). From 2pm – 6pm, ticket holders can stop in at Taquería Guadalajara, Wise Guys Sammys, the Autumn Café, the Black Oak Tavern, B-side Ballroom & Supper Club, and the Copper Fox for a beer tasting and a food pairing prepared by the venue.
To end the night, ticketholders are invited to enjoy live music at the B-Side Ballroom featuring Andrew Carrington & Friends, to follow at 7pm. Hops wristband holders receive free admission to the show. **note: the B-Side will not open for the tasting portion of the event until 4pm!!
Tickets are on sale at the History Center & Museum and online* through Eventbrite. Tickets are $35 per person for GOHS members; $40 per person for non-GOHS members; and $45 per person at the door. Group tickets are also available at a discounted rate (minimum purchase of 6 tickets). Don’t drink beer? Tickets will also be offered at $15 for non-alcoholic beverages and food tasting. Ticket price includes a wristband and a commemorative Hops for History pint glass. Photo identification required for beer tasting.

Event Registration
Info: Event Registration will be open at the Oneonta History Center & Museum (183 Main Street) from 2pm to 4pm. Ticket-holders will get their wristband and commemorative glass and enjoy a tasing from Cooperstown Brewing Co. and Northway Brewing Co.! *All ticket holders for the tasting will require 21+ photo identification. Day-of event tickets will also be available for sale.
