What to Expect:
This series is meant to fill your cup and restore your soul 🌹Expand in areas of body awareness, mobility and movement problem solving. We will focus in areas of restorative floorwork & brain tingling tutting, waving and body shaping to grow your freestyle flow.
This series is "yin" - as in - low impact, somatically down-regulating and will overall leave you feeling charged up.
Accessible for all Levels
