Kadi is a Ghanaian musical group led by Konu originally from the Volta region, Tegbi. The group sings in a number of languages including English, Ewe, Twi, Ga and the style of improvisation. Kadi takes its name from an Ewe word that connotes deep respect for tradition and the vibrant life of its people.
The combination of traditional and modern instruments and a variety of international pop and pan-African styles including soukous, funk and reggae is to bring together different cultures from the entire regions in Africa.
