The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) congregations of the Greater Grand Forks area invite YOU to join “God’s Work, Our Hands: Combating Hunger Together” on Wednesday, September 24, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Grand Forks Town Square.
This FREE family-friendly community gathering will shine a light on the issue of food insecurity in our region while offering hands-on ways for participants to make a difference. The evening will include:
A Free Community Meal – Everyone is welcome to share a meal together.
Food Packing Stations – Help prepare food kits for neighbors in need.
Advocacy Opportunities – Learn how to support systemic change for food justice.
Live Music & Fellowship – Enjoy uplifting entertainment and community connection.
Holy Communion – All are invited to share in God’s table of grace.
Fill The Truck - We invite you to bring a non-perishable food item or 2 to donate to local Grand Forks pantries if you're able
All are welcome to attend—no registration is required. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors as we join together to serve, learn, and share hope. You don’t even have to be Lutheran to attend!
