Goddess Yoga & Cacao

Welcome to Goddess Yoga & Cacao event at Oasis Of Chi! This is a women's only event. Our Goddess Yoga experience is the art of sacred & sensual movement. It is a somatic healing practice that combines yoga, belly dancing, intutive movement, somatic release and kundalini inspired breathwork. We gather together as women, to awaken our feminine energy, feel alive in our bodies and turn towards more pleasure and play

((If this idea feels foreign to and you live perpetually in the mind- you're not alone and youre invited! You will be shocked at how good it feels to gather with open hearted women and move our bodies in this way))

((If you're like heck yes- I want to feel sexy and alive in my body- I'm yearning to unleash more of my feminine radiance & magnetism--you're invited too boo! We are a communiy & a practice where you can take up space and be seen!))

((And if you're needing to release and let go of emotions, stress, pressure you've been carrying - this practice is for you too. Somatic movement and breath is an invitation to listen to the language of the body and process THROUGH it with rythmic movement. And we have fun doing it!))
