We invite women folk to an evening of embodied exploration. As the days lengthen and we feel the warmth of summer approach, our inner light ignites with a desire to embody our own sensuous nature. We’ll gather in the beautiful, sky-lit, womb-space of the Church of Truth, where you will be held in a safe container to listen to your body, experience sensations as they arise, and express yourself authentically.
The evening will begin with gentle facilitation and self-guided practices to support your connection to yourself and your body. You will then be led into a dance journey with space to express yourself through movement. With carpeted areas to do floor work, a beautiful wooden dance floor, as well as soft grass outside for grounding, you will have the freedom and spaciousness to deeply listen and give yourself what you need to sink into your own sensual nature.
As we enter this season of summer’s fire element, we celebrate our own inner fire, allowing ourselves space to explore what is new and emerging within and embody our beautiful becoming.
Please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes for dancing and anything you might need to be comfortable for the sound bath at the end of the evening. You are also welcome to bring a flower or nature item for the collective altar.
This is a safe, sacred container for women.
