Join us for an evening at Goddess Temple, an intentional space for women folk where we ground in meditation, ritualize the seasonal cycles, dance our authenticity and close with a sound bath to integrate the journey.
Tis' the season to gather and celebrate our bounty. Let's come together to honour the Autumnal Equinox and our own inner harvest. Sharing our gratitude, our growth, our grief and all that we are becoming.
Please bring something for the collective altar that symbolizes what you are harvesting from your own life. What seeds from spring have taken root? What gifts from the summer can support your transition into the next cycle?
Heidi Erhardt will open the evening with a guided meditation and intention-setting followed by a brief ritual; she'll close the evening with a crystal bowl sound healing. Please bring layers, blankets &/or a mat for your comfort during the closing.
A freestyle dance journey follows the guided opening, featuring a diverse music set intended to invoke and ignite the wild feminine within. You are invited to move from the inside out and to be non-verbal during the dance, as a way of deepening into the journey. Full movement freedom, authentic embodiment and whole-hearted expression are encouraged. Music set curated by Jaz.
This is a safe, sacred container for women of all ages.
Here's the flow of the evening for the September 25th event:
Doors open at 6:15pm - arrive, stretch, explore the space
6:30pm opening guided meditation & ritual
6:50-8:10pm dance journey
8:10-8:25pm sound healing
8:30-8:45pm closing circle

We acknowledge that these sessions take place on unceded Lekwungen Territory, home of the Esquimalt and Songhees First Nations. We honour, with respect and gratitude, the long-time, on-going indigenous stewardship of this land.
Bio for Jaz:
Jaz is passionate about movement as a means of awakening and authentic expression. She has a lifelong background in the movement arts and is inspired by creating and holding sacred space for others. She uses her intuition and skills as a dance facilitator to create a safe and playful atmosphere for you to move, feel and express your wild, free self. A co-founder and facilitator of Dance Temple Victoria, Jaz has been hosting ecstatic dance events for more than 12 years. She feels called to support with healing and empowering the collective feminine.
Bio for Heidi:
Heidi has been a workshop leader, dancer and musician, holding sacred circle space with women for the last 25 years. She is devoted to creating a safe container that generates trust, depth of presence and transpersonal growth for individuals and groups. Contributing and participating in intentional spaces where evolution emerges organically is her greatest passion.
