About this Event

A quarterly retreat day for women devoted to remembering, embodying, and stepping into their Goddess power led by Sammie and Nazan. (Other dates TBC).

Each retreat honours a different Goddess archetype and her qualities, meeting us through the turning points of the year (Easter / Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter).

This is a day of intention, embodiment, and remembrance - held in ritual, movement, myth, and sound.

Practical Details

• Day: Sunday’s
• Time: 11:00am – 14:00pm
• Arrival: 10:40am – 10:55am (gentle settling).
• Venue: Cartlodge Barn, Horam (behind Lakeside Cafe).
• Soul Warrior Sanctuary Space: Optional integration space next door after closing
  (Soul Warrior shop, tea, snacks, gentle landing, sharing).
• Duration: 3 hours + optional sharing and teas at SWS afterwards (1hr).
• Investment: £45
• Includes: Opening and closing ritual, somatic yoga (grounding, gentle practice), with emphasis on breathwork. Qouya (Conscious Dance), magical storytelling and sound bath with crystal bowls and a variety of other instruments.
• What to bring: Water, and crystals you’d like charged. Any items you'd like to place on the altar i.e. seasonal herbs, flowers, or objects that are special to you for inspiring your inner goddess. Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided, but people can bring any extras for comfort! *Bolster numbers may be lmited so please bring your own if you have one!
