A Woman's gathering on the beach to gain clarity on what's no longer working in our lives, so we can release that and birth a new freedom!
About this Event

This sacred circle will include a yoga practice set to deep house music, guided visualization, mediation, journaling, discussion, and a cacao ceremony!

How much you participate is completely up to you. My job is to lead you to your own inner wisdom and strength.

Bring a friend, bring your own yoga mat or beach towel, water, notebook or journal, and dress appropriately for the weather/sunset.
