A dance and embodiment journey of pure liberation expertly curated and guided by your host Shelby Irvine to get you out of your mind and into your body. A movement meditation and embodied release as we dance into the depths of our humanity supported by base, beats and euphoric sounds.We will go high and deep into release and liberation in this sacred rave!

What to wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that provide flexibility and freedom of movement

Important Event information :

• Together we create a conscious dance without mobile telephones or talking during the practice to allow you and other guests the opportunity to be fully immersed in the experience without distractions

•Sorry - no children• Event for adults aged from 18 years above

• Please bring a water bottle

•No shoes in the studio

• I advise earplugs if you experience any sensitivity to loud music

• You dance at your own risk, please always modify your practice to your own needs and seek medical advice to check the offering is suitable for you if you have any injuries or concerns
