Connect by the sacred circle with essential oil blends, oracle cards, an abundance of candles, incense, roses, crystals before we begin in meditation , with relaxing breathing in a moment to pause and connect

Gentle yoga and floor based intuitive embodiment drops us from the mind into the body before we begin a dance journey with no set dance moves. You create the movements from internal expression and release whilst Shelby offers heartfelt guidance to take you on a deep spiritual journey. Destination- liberation

What to wear?

Something that makes you feel great, comfortable and happy for dancing and gentle floor based embodiment.

Free car parking, easy to find off the A12.

Wear comfortable clothes that provide flexibility and a warm layer for relaxation
