In tribute to the days when tea parties were common, and on Sundays we only wore our best, the Guyana Ottawa Cultural Association (GOCA) executive committee cordially invites you to our Mother’s Day Dinner & High Tea.
Join us for dinner on Sunday May 12th in your finest high tea outfits and hats, as we will crown one lucky lady as GOCA’s most Elegant Hatter!
