Iancului Huniade) with:GOATH (blackened death metal, Germany) Rising from the ashes of Goathammer, Goath have established themselves as an unmistakable presence in the german extreme metal scene in their almost 10 years of activity. With a prolific work ethic, spanning 3 albums and one demo, and themes of satanism, occultic rituals and gore the band will return to Timișoara for the first time since 2019, as part of their joint tour with Necronos. NECRONOS (blackened death metal, Mexico) While seemingly less experienced than their veteran counterparts in Goath, the Mexican duo, only formed in 2022, have managed to build a strong fanbase in their short career. This european tour is meant to expand their transatlantic audience, while also setting the stage for the release of their debut album: "Charred Tongue" in 2025. VENTUM (death thrash, Timișoara) The lineup of the evening is completed by Timișoara's own Ventum, a fast and aggresive band who have just recently released their debut ep. "Battlefront Horror" is an ep as much rooted in the fast rythms of thrash metal as it is in the chunky riffs and growly vocals definitive of the early days of death metal. The band tackles themes of war and unfulfillment, their lyrics being as much observational as they are a call to action.
