Awakening Healing and Yoga, Lockshire Meadows and the Village of Slinger are excited to offer Goat Yoga again this year!!
Goat Yoga is a gentle and fun yoga class with BABY Nigerian Dwarf Goats. These goats add a playful and humorous element to our practice. This class teaches you to release all expectations and just go with the flow. If you are looking for a serious and silent yoga class, this is not it :) This class is a type of Animal Therapy; it is good for your mind, body and spirit.
Each session includes 45-minutes of yoga followed by 15-minutes of goat cuddles and photos. The cost is $45 per participant.
* You must pre-register through the Village of Slinger's Activity Site or Eventbrite (links below)
* Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel.
* Children 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
* Wear your hair pulled up in a bun or the goats will nibble on it.

Lockshire Meadows "Where all are welcome and joy abides" is a family run farm nestled on 11 acres near Holy Hill that strives to be self sustainable. It offers eggs, meat, natural fiber, goats milk soap and shampoo bars.
