Goat Yoga Houston- Woodlands Indigo

We are so excited to invite you to join us at the Newest Resort in The Woodlands, Hotel Indigo! Meet our sweet pygmy "kids" while they roam our yoga classes and even join you for a pose or two! Inhale in to relax and BREATHE in the beautiful Texas air then exhale out the laughter that is sure to follow with this activity! This is an experience you do not want to miss! Each class is an hour long, 45 minutes of an ashtanga yoga practice for beginners followed by 15 minutes of goat time. Partner poses, goat cuddles, or pictures with friends! Come for the goats and stay for the weekend by calling (832) 702-8970 and reserve your family’s room. Classes are located behind the hotel lobby, public parking is free. Please arrive on time and walk through the lobby to join your class.

Masks are not required and are a personal choice. Please check yourself for symptoms of any sickness before coming to class. If there is rain, we will cancel the class and offer everyone a credit through eventbrite with the ability to reschedule for one of our other dates! Goats get sick if wet, so we must do that for the animal's safety.

*Goat Yoga is not suitable for smaller children or children under the age of 9. Parents are responsible for children are required to always supervise and watch children.

~ Classes start on time, please arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in.

~All guests are REQUIRED to sign a liability waiver before participating.

~We have yoga mats for rent for $5, so if you have a mat and would like to bring your own please do with a towel to cover it!

~Please bring your own water, bugspray, sunscreen or anything else you may think you need etc as we normally have them on hand but cannot guarantee them.

~Class is held Outside, so please don’t wear your fanciest clothing! Please dress accordingly and then adjust to your own comfort level when you arrive.

*Also, please be advised that the goats’ hooves may be sharp at times so t-shirts are recommended**
