Goat Yoga Houston At H-Town Brewing Saturday March 8th 10AM

We are excited and invite you to join us at H-Town Brewing located 210 Glen Park St Saturday March 8th at 10AM. Come meet our pygmy "goats" while they roam our yoga classes and even join you for a pose or two! Inhale in to relax and BREATHE in the beautiful Texas air then exhale out the laughter that is sure to follow with this activity! This is an experience you do not want to miss! Each class is an hour long, 45 minutes of an ashtanga yoga practice for beginners followed by 30 minutes of goat time.

Partner poses, goat cuddles, or pictures with friends! Masks are not required and are a personal choice. Please check yourself for symptoms of any sickness before coming to class. If there is rain, we will cancel the class reschedule you. There are no refunds. ***Goat Yoga is not suitable for smaller children or children under the age of 9. Adults responsible for children are required to always supervise and watch younger children and ALL children.

~Ultimately ALL guests participate at their own risk ~ Classes start on time, please arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in. No entries past 15 minute of start time. ~All guests are REQUIRED to sign a liability waiver before participating. ~We have yoga mats for rent for $5, so if you have a mat and would like to bring your own please do. Beach towels work great, in fact, please bring on to put over your mat as goats chew everything! ~Please bring your own water, bugspray, sunscreen or anything else you may think you need etc as we normally have them on hand but cannot guarantee them.

~Class is held Outside, so please don’t wear your fanciest clothing!
