We are excited to be Re-Open and have this amazing community come join us to Re- Connect and Re-Ground.
Please join us for A Slow Yoga Flow outside while breathing in the air and feeling the breeze amongst the trees. The Goats will be in attendance and are very excited to great everyone. They have been waiting so patiently to taste new clothes!
With that please make sure to wear clothes you don't mind sharing with the goats. They wont eat them but they will chew!
Please bring your own mat if available we have limited ones on site.
Fruit infused water will be provided.
