Join us for a special fun & therapeutic class with our favorite farm animals - Goats! This will be a guided 45 minute Gentle Yoga Session from Goat Yoga of Southern Illinois, followed with plenty of time for cuddles and pictures after class! Great for all levels. Bring your own yoga mat!
