Goat Yoga at West Sixth Brewing

Join us Saturday, April 5th for Goat Yoga in the Barrel Room at West Sixth Brewing with Good Green Earth Farm bringin’ the goats!

There will be two sessions of Goat Yoga -- the first one begins at 10:30am, and the second at 11:45am

$30 tickets – super limited capacity!!

These Goat Yoga sessions involve practicing a very simple beginners level yoga class (no prior yoga experience required) with baby Nigerian Dwarf goats walking around the area. They will sniff you, snuggle with you, climb over you, and let you pet them throughout the session! Participants will also be exposed to the basic concepts of yoga; so it is a win-win in terms of relaxing through yoga and connecting with the animals to reduce stress and most importantly take some time to be silly and have fun! After the yoga session is finished, there will be time to pet the goats and take selfies.

Sessions will be presented by Farmer Rob of Good Green Earth Farm; an educational outreach farm on the east side of Cincinnati, OH. He is a trained yoga teacher who has studied in India and taught for over 20 years.

The West Sixth taproom will be open normal hours, so enjoy some yoga & some goat love – then head to the bar for a beer!!!
