What is Goat Yoga?

It is just as it sounds, Yoga with Goats! During class we focus on a simple yoga foundation with the beautiful companionship of goats. This is not your typical flowing class and “not so serious BAAAA-maste.”

Background on “the Herd”:

The herd consists of eight goat yogis. Amy the Goat, SuperG, Clover, Berrata, Chewy, Buddy, Mini Chew Chew, and Honey.

Goat Yoga Class:

Goats are
extremely empathic animals -- kind of like horses but only smaller. Full Circle uses a circle technique and to help with movement and keeps the goats in the center. "Herders” come volunteer to help keep the goats in check. The Herders walk around with food placing it on peoples' mats and the goats follow suit. Goats always have water available.
