A Fine Dining Pop-Up Series by Goat & Seed
at Space 802 · 802 1st Street · Snohomish
This summer and fall, Goat & Seed invites you to gather for a limited series of Friday evening pop-up dinners at Space 802 in downtown Snohomish.
Welcome to the Table is an extension of our work on the farm — a sequence of intentional, four-course fine dining meals shaped by season, fire, and craft. These are not restaurant nights. They are shared tables, designed to slow the room down and let the evening unfold without interruption.
The food begins on our land and is finished with discipline and care. Each menu follows a clear framework of balance and contrast — sour and savory, plant and animal, bread and sweetness, bitterness and rest — with four elements chosen each night to tell a complete story.
Throughout the evening, large story and question cards are revealed in the room, visible to everyone. They guide the narrative of the meal and invite reflection without instruction.
Hosts and staff serve in silence, allowing conversation to belong fully to the room.
WHAT THE EVENINGS FEEL LIKE
Guests arrive and are seated together.
There are no menu choices once seated.
Courses arrive in rhythm — calm, deliberate, and complete.
Expect:
fire-touched vegetables grown and sourced through our farm network
clear stocks and careful sauces
whole-ingredient cookery
bread made slowly
desserts that finish gently
Some courses are poured tableside.
Some arrive without announcement.
The table sets the pace.
These dinners are meant to be experienced, not rushed.
