Experience the art of Goa’s traditional bread-making at a family-run bakery, passed down through generations.
Shaping of the dough to baking different breads like poie, katre pav and kakon in a wood-fired oven, you’ll get a hands-on feel of the entire process.
At the end, participants will enjoy their freshly baked bread served with tea and bhaji in the bakery’s warm and cozy attic.
