Erin is the CEO and Team Leader of HRVA Homes powered by Keller Williams Realty in Norfolk, VA, and brings a diverse career background to include time spent at the DoD, Radio Broadcasting, Marketing, Hospitality, and as the COO of a major national Veteran Service Organization. This diversity coupled with many many moves across the country and overseas in over 20 years as a military spouse gives Erin a unique perspective when working with her real estate clients and the community. Since 2017 Erin has built a presence in the Hampton Roads area to lead one of the top real estate teams to over 150 transactions per year and positioning herself into the top 0.5% of the local MLS.
