About this Event
Here's what to expect:
*Circle up for meet n greet at the trail start!
*One hour hike (all levels welcome)
*At the midway point, Liesl Drought, will lead us through a mini-coaching session
*Light bites and drinks for all
*Leave the morning feeling grounded and ready to take the next step to live a passionate life. <3
Note: Meet at the parking lot by the ranger station - it's the first parking opportunity to the right once you get into the park by the Brookside Trail.
