It’s that time of the year again! Come to Hampton Beach and celebrate equality with us!Just like every other year there is no specific time or meeting place. This is an all-day event to take place all over Hampton Beach.
This isn't a protest but rather a celebration! The idea is to come to the beach and go about your day normally. It is legal for anyone to go shirtless in NH on any given day, but this day is specifically for solidarity and to show society that women can go topless and it’s not obscene or dangerous.
This is the 7th go topless day at Hampton beach and in the past we have had NO problems with police or the public. Hampton Beach has become a place known to be safe for topless sunbathing (for everyone!)
Go Topless Day is a day for us to exercise our legal rights, celebrate, and to raise awareness about the double standard that says men's nipples are normal and safe and women's are obscene and dangerous.
