1:30-2:00pm Arrive & enjoy Applachian Roots Apothecary with local herbalist Kara Baum
2:00-2:45pm Trauma-informed, slow flow, silly & somatic yoga (beginner-friendly!) with Lindsay Schooler
2:45-3:30pm Therapeutic Sound Bath experience with local professional musician Chelsey Keding
3:30-4:00pm Opportunity to interact with 3 trained therapy rabbits* of Soul Train Animal Care's Leigha Pasco
